QUALITY CONTROL COORDINATION

Define the standard.
Then define the checkpoints.

Quality coordination starts with an agreed specification and a clear understanding of who checks what, and when.

A PROJECT-SPECIFIC APPROACH

Make quality expectations visible.

We discuss quality-control coordination as part of the sourcing scope. Inspection arrangements depend on the product, supplier, order and buyer requirements. The agreed plan should identify who carries out checks and how findings are reported.

Before production

Agree the sample reference, measurement tolerances, fabric and colour standards, construction requirements, labelling and packaging. Identify required testing and current supplier documentation.

During production

Discuss appropriate checkpoints and reporting to identify issues early. A review may cover workmanship, measurements, appearance and conformity with the approved specification.

Before shipment

Clarify final inspection arrangements, acceptable inspection criteria, defect handling and release responsibilities. If you require a nominated independent inspection company, include that in the initial brief.

Evidence that matters

Request current project-specific reports and supplier documents. This website does not display certification badges, audit claims or quality pass rates without supporting evidence.
